Mubasher: Zain Bahrain will hold its ordinary general meeting (OGM) on Wednesday, 22 March, to consider the board’s recommendation of distributing dividends for fiscal year 2016, according to a bourse statement issued on Tuesday.

The board members have recommended a cash dividend of 5% or 5 fils per share for the fiscal year.

During FY16, earnings shrank by 17.35% to BHD 4.25 million from BHD 5.15 million.
